Step 1: Book a Consultation and Pay Consultation Fee

Your journey begins by scheduling a consultation through our easy-to-use Calendly link. This allows you to pick a time that works for you. Once your consultation is booked, we kindly ask that you pay the consultation fee to confirm your appointment.

Step 2: Sign the Initial Consultation Agreement

Before your consultation, you’ll be asked to review and sign the Initial Consultation Agreement, which ensures both you and the consultant are on the same page regarding services and expectations.

Step 3: Fill in Preliminary Questionnaire

Next, we’ll send you a Preliminary Questionnaire to gather essential information about your background. This helps us understand your situation better and allows us to offer tailored advice during the consultation.

Step 4: 1-Hour Zoom Consultation

During your 1-hour consultation, you’ll meet with one of our licensed immigration consultants via Zoom. In this session, we’ll discuss your immigration goals, assess your eligibility, and explore possible pathways. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any doubts.

Step 5: Receive Report from Your Consultant

After the consultation, you will receive a detailed report that summarizes the session, outlines the next steps, provides information about eligible programs, and includes a breakdown of fees. This report will give you a clear roadmap for moving forward.

Step 6: Decide Whether to Proceed with Our Services

Once you’ve reviewed the consultation summary and report, you’ll have the option to decide if you’d like to proceed with our services. If you choose to move forward within 1 week, we’ll waive your initial consultation fee as part of our commitment to supporting your immigration journey.

Step 7: Sign the Service Agreement and Pay the Flat Service Fee

If you decide to proceed, the next step is to sign the service agreement and pay the flat service fee. This agreement outlines the terms of our services, so you know exactly what to expect throughout the process.

Step 8: Receive Client Instructions

After signing the service agreement and paying the fee, you’ll receive a set of client instructions. These guidelines provide detailed steps on what you need to do next, including how to upload your documents to our secure client portal.

Step 9: Upload Documents and Respond to Emails

As part of your application process, you’ll be asked to upload requested documents to the service portal. It’s important to respond to emails within 3 days to ensure quick turnaround times. This includes checking all documents and forms uploaded to the portal for accuracy and completeness.

Step 10: Consultant Prepares and Submits Your Application

Once we have all your documents in order, your consultant will carefully put together your application, uploads it to your portal and allows you to review it. Once you give the OK, your consultant submit it to IRCC. We ensure everything is accurately completed and meets the requirements for a successful submission.

Step 11: Track Your Application Status

After your application is submitted, we update your client portal with any correspondence received with updates. We stay on top of any developments, so you’ll always know where your application stands. Any communication from IRCC is sent to you within one day.
