Full Representation is for clients who want us to manage the detailed work of their immigration application: preparing forms, organizing supporting documents, assembling the submission package and communicating with IRCC within the agreed scope of service. We do the heavy lifting so you can move forward with greater clarity and less stress.
From Consultation to Your Next Step
Your journey begins with a consultation. If you are ready to proceed with an identified pathway, you may move directly into Full Representation.
If you are still uncertain about your next steps, or have several options to weigh, our Canadian Immigration & Career Roadmap provides a researched strategy to help you decide. You may then choose Full Representation after reviewing your roadmap. The Roadmap is an optional service, not a required step for every client.
How Full Representation Works
1. Start with a Consultation
We discuss your circumstances, goals and potential pathways, and identify the support appropriate for your case.
2. Review and Sign Your Service Agreement
When you decide to proceed, we provide a service agreement outlining the scope of work, responsibilities, professional fees and payment schedule. You review and sign it before we begin the agreed services.
3. Set Up Your Client Portal
For temporary residence applications, we prepare an in-house client portal. For permanent residence applications, we set up the appropriate IRCC portal arrangements for your application. We explain how you will securely provide information and review your materials.
4. Receive Your First Invoice
We invoice you for the first payment in accordance with your service agreement.
5. Receive Your Personalized Document Checklist
We email a detailed checklist tailored to your case, explaining the supporting documents we need to prepare your application.
6. Provide Your Background Information
You complete our information-gathering forms so we have the details needed to prepare your application accurately. We may ask follow-up questions or request clarification.
7. We Prepare Your Application Package
We work on your IRCC forms, supporting documentation and submission package, using the information and documents you provide.
8. Review Your Draft Application
The second payment is usually due at this stage, as set out in your agreement. We upload your prepared documents to our in-house portal for your review, corrections and any additional information. You check the details carefully before approving the final package.
9. Complete Final Payments
We collect the final professional-fee payment and applicable government fees before submission, in accordance with your agreed payment schedule.
10. We Submit and Follow Up
Once the package is complete, approved and ready, we submit your application. If IRCC requires further communication, we respond within the scope of your representation agreement and keep you informed of the next steps.
Keeping You Informed
We notify you within one business day of receiving correspondence from IRCC about your application. If further information or action is required from you, we explain what is needed and any relevant deadline.
Reapplication Support
Our Full Representation service includes a reapplication with our professional fees waived if your application is refused, provided the refusal was not caused by misrepresentation by you. Government fees and third-party costs remain payable. The terms of this offer are set out in your service agreement. Reapplication suitability must be assessed following a refusal; approval cannot be guaranteed.
