Founder & Managing Director
Taihisa Hill-Guye is the Founder and Managing Director of Tabula Rasa Immigration Services Inc. and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
Her connection to immigration is both professional and personal. Having experienced the Canadian immigration process herself, she understands that an application represents much more than paperwork. Behind it may be a family decision, a career move, an educational goal or a significant change in someone's life.
Her professional background is equally multidimensional, shaping an approach that looks beyond a single immigration application to consider the broader circumstances that may affect a client's decisions and long-term plans. Her academic research into immigrant wealth and economic outcomes has further deepened that perspective.
Her approach to immigration practice is grounded in strategy, careful analysis and clear communication. Clients are encouraged to understand not only what options may be available, but why a particular approach may—or may not—make sense for their circumstances.

Our Canadian practice operates virtually from Ottawa, Ontario, allowing us to work with clients across Canada and internationally.
Gavin — Dominica Office Manager
Gavin is the welcoming presence behind our Dominica office. An experienced educator, he also operates an after-school program and organizes summer camps for children, bringing years of experience working with families and the local community.
He supports local marketing and community outreach, appointment bookings and payment collection, and acts as a client liaison with our main office in Canada.
Our Dominica office is located at 8 Castle Street, Roseau, Dominica and accepts walk-in clients.
Professional Collaboration
Our work is also supported by contract consultants and professional collaborators who bring varied professional, cultural and language perspectives. This allows us to better support a diverse international client base while maintaining clear responsibility for the immigration services provided through Tabula Rasa.
